Jacqui, our lead consultant, brings over 16 years of industry experience, including 8 years in a quality role with a leading pharmaceutical company.
Her expertise spans large-scale global operations and SMEs, giving her a unique perspective on what businesses of all sizes need to succeed. Over the last 8 years at Technoprint, Jacqui has successfully implemented and maintained PS9000:2016, ISO9001, ISO14001, and FSC Chain of Custody certifications.
She also developed and led Technoprint's sustainability program, achieving a prestigious Gold EcoVadis rating on their first assessment and maintaining a Platinum rating — the highest possible — for two consecutive years. Jacqui is also a trained auditor and is currently completing her Lead Auditor certification to further enhance her expertise.
